Gorman Lau
Gorman has over 20 years of experience in the environmental engineering field. Gorman specializes in National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permitting, wastewater quality, water quality sampling, stormwater quality, and pretreatment. He is primarily responsible for developing and implementing pretreatment programs, evaluating local limits, and overseeing water quality sampling projects.
His primary work efforts have focused on analyzing water quality data and assisting in NPDES permit re-issuances and compliance. Gorman’s work is instrumental in developing comprehensive sampling and analysis plans, contributing to effective stormwater program management. He has played a key role in integrating various aspects of water quality management, from pretreatment to permit compliance.
