Bryant has over 10 years of experience in multiple water quality service areas. Bryant specializes in developing stormwater management and monitoring programs, water quality monitoring, pollution prevention, and Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) development and implementation. He has extensive experience in National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit renewals and implementation.
His primary work efforts have focused on addressing a wide range of water quality issues across California. Bryant’s work contributes to the advancement of stormwater management practices and regulatory compliance strategies. He has played an integral role in projects involving site-specific objectives (SSOs) and regulatory compliance issues.
Bryant’s diverse expertise in water quality services makes him a valuable asset in tackling multifaceted water management challenges. Bryant has a Master’s Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University.
